Rates & Policies
The Healing Stone Bed & Breakfast is closed during the months of January, July and December.
February thru June & August thru November
Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit of the total room reservation amount will be charged to your credit card the day the reservation is reserved.
Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. We also accept travelers checks and cash. No personal checks.
Weekend Stay Requirements
All special event and festival weekends, Wine Trail events, Memorial Day and Labor Day require a two night minimum stay, (Friday and Saturday) for all rooms except as noted.
During all May weekends the Onyx Suite and Rose Quartz room require a minimum 2 night stay, (Friday & Saturday), Except for Maifest weekend, when all rooms require a 2 night stay, (Friday & Saturday).
Check-in: Check-in time is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 10 days or more in advance of a scheduled arrival will be refunded the 50% deposit, less a 10% handling fee. Option 2 with a 10 day or more cancellation notice may apply the full 50% deposit toward a gift certificate to be used at a future date. For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, the 50% deposit will not be refunded, unless we are able to re-book your room for another guest. At this time the 50% deposit will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive no refund.
Guests reserving 3 or more rooms must give a 30 day cancellation notice to be refunded the 50% deposit, less a 10% handling fee. Option 2 with a 10 day or more cancellation notice may apply the full 50% deposit toward a gift certificate to be used at a future date. For cancellations less than 30 days in advance, the 50% deposit will not be refunded, unless we are able to re-book the rooms to other guests. In this case a 50% deposit will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive no refund.
Restrictions: We are smoke-free environment. Guests are allowed to smoke outside in a designated area. We allow children 13 years of age or older when accompanied by their parent or guardian. All other guests must be at least 18 years of age.
Cleaning Fee: There will be a $250.00 charge for a professional cleaning if the room has been damaged. The guest is expected to follow compliance with the no smoking policy; this includes stains or burns in the carpet, bed sheets, or if the room smells of smoke.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are good for one year from the date of issue. There are no refunds on the remaining amount of the Healing Stone Bed & breakfast gift certificate issued. We also accept Bed & breakfast Inns of Missouri gift certificates.
Mountain Bike Rental: Bike rentals are available for guests only, at a cost of $20/day. All bikes must be returned at dusk.
Taxes: Taxes will be applied to the prices listed.
